Contacting PariPulse support via email is a good option if your problem is serious and requires a detailed review. But be prepared to wait. It can take up to 24 hours to review the issue and provide assistance. We ask that you follow a few guidelines to make our job easier:
- Fill in all fields before sending an e-mail. In the subject line, specify the essence of the problem. And in the main text field, list all the details. Try to describe your issue in as much detail as possible. If possible, attach screenshots and other additional materials to the letter;
- Send emails to the official PariPulse contacts. Use the email addresses that we have listed above. Do not take contacts from third-party sites. Otherwise, you may encounter scammers;
- Use your own email. Send an email from the email address you used to register with PariPulse. This way we will know at a glance which player needs help;
- Do not respond to promotional emails. In such emails you will not get a response from the support team and will waste your time;
- Do not send multiple emails. Especially if they are related to the same problem. This will only make our job more difficult;
- Do not be rude to the support team. Even if you feel negative emotions, do not insult our specialists. This may result in your account being blocked.
We work around the clock and deal with players’ requests one by one. As soon as it reaches you, you will receive a response. If you are not ready to wait up to 24 hours, use another way to contact PariPulse support.

An alternative way to contact PariPulse support team is online chat. It is available on the website and in the mobile application.
